This master provides you with an overall business background: we offer you a general introduction in all aspects of the business from HR to accounting. The program gives you hands-on business experience in an international context. You will work on an in-company project to apply everything you have learned.

In 2018, the Times Higher Education (THE) ranked our Master in Global Management 16th worldwide and the highest in Belgium in the Masters in Management category. The program especially received high scores for ‘engagement’ (the quality of the learning experience of the students) and ‘outcomes’ (the value of the program for the professional careers of the alumni).

After successful completion of the program, you will receive an official and internationally accredited Master of Science (MSc) degree issued by Antwerp Management School ; ‘Master in Global Management'.
The Master in Global Management is taught in an interactive way. You will actively participate in class discussions, analyze business cases and prepare business presentations.
Throughout the entire year you will be extensively coached on leadership skills through personal guidance, seminars, a social project, workshops and many more activities.
Throughout the academic year, several activities will be organized at AMS by the Career Management Services which can inspire and help you in making a good career decision, including job interview trainings, career fairs, networking events, case evenings. Individual and peer coaching is offered to help you explore your talents, interests and needs, relate these to what companies offer in terms of jobs and career opportunities, and prepare yourself for job interviews and assessments.
You will also visit companies in Belgium and abroad.
