Session 1 The Broader HR Perspective

Can human resource management lead the transformation toward sustainability? In the first session of this Master Class, we will tackle this question by looking at the needs from an HR perspective to enable sustainable transformation. We consider the bigger picture and global trends: What are the HR demands? How is the world of work changing? Which labor & human rights trends do you see in your business?

Session 2: Future of Work and Sustainable Careers

We discuss how organizations respond to challenges in the world of work. We tackle the question: How can organizations prepare for the future of work and offer more sustainable careers? Through an exercise in career reflection, you will learn about the competencies and skills needed to be employable in the future. You will also discover whether you are a blue or a red manager.

Session 3: Sustainable HRM

What are best practices for managing people and creating sustainable outcomes within your organization? We will introduce case studies and dive deeper into the topic of organizational transition, focusing on cultural change from the perspective of the organization and employees. Further, we will see how the ‘Good Work Goals’ can be implemented in an organization.

Session 4: Sustainable Leadership

Having good career development and HRM practices is a good start, but does it make you an effective leader? On day 4, we shift our focus from organizational to individual level. By applying the leadership and people perspective, we work on leading ourselves.
