Integration of care services

The care system is undergoing structural changes because of budgetary constraints, the growing needs and government policies. There is a need for integration of care services (at neighborhood level), care networks and care talent management. These changes require leadership. Not the strategic, top-down, rational leadership that still prevails in many large institutions today, but a more authentic, shared leadership, based on a mission and values. With this project we want to map out how leadership is currently being developed in the care sector and we pioneer new approaches of leadership starting from specific needs in the care sector.
