Solution

The digital platform Minder Hinder (Less Disruption) is a digital plan that provides a uniform and transparent policy on the limitation of disruption for large as well as small road work projects, on main roads as well as secondary roads, at busy intersections as well as quiet local squares. The platform consists of the plan, a Minder Hinder test and example projects.

Project Development

The Minder Hinder plan describes the process that Minder Hinder applies in the different phases of a project, for a wide range of road works, from small local projects to large global projects. The plan comes with a Minder Hinder test. The person filling out the test systematically goes over several aspects of a project and determines whether it is necessary to reduce the disruption caused by the road works. The digital Minder Hinder test allows them to quickly and interactively fill out information, save it, forward it and consult it, throughout every phase of a project.
