This Master Class consists of 2 modules. After module 1, you will be able to recognize and define your organization’s structural challenges. After module 2, you will be able to develop and roll out large-scale and complex implementation projects.
cases & workshops
Most of all, you will get to work yourself through practical workshops, cases and exercises, using various tools such as the work building blocks game and CATE.
If you want, you can supplement the Master Class with an individual in-depth track in which you will be guided one-on-one while exploring a topic or case of your choice relating to organizational design.
The right culture within the right structure
Organizational structures often grow organically: depending on the needs, new teams are being formed, additional managers appointed, processes implemented, et cetera. This may go well for a while, but then you start to notice that the pieces of the puzzle no longer fit together.
Then what? How can you turn that situation into an organizational structure that connects employees and encourages them to work together toward an ambitious strategy? With the right organizational model you empower your teams and employees to divide tasks and responsibilities in the best possible way, to make goal-oriented decisions and to achieve shared ambitions.
This Master Class offers you both a solid academic foundation and
numerous best practices. You will gain new insights and discover tools
you can apply within your own organization. Our faculty combine academic
knowledge with practical experience.
Companies and organizations are constantly on the move. While the new objectives, structures and strategies are worked out in detail, the human aspect is often neglected. Within this research area, we focus on human impact. We pay attention to innovative ways to respond flexibly to changes in the market. In addition, we gain a better understanding of the complexity of the individual and thus increase the effectiveness of investments in human capital.
