Do things differently and more efficient? Not a luxury but a necessity

The importance of organizational and/or social innovation has been on the rise for some time. As a result of COVID-19, among other things, this has accelerated enormously in recent years. Companies and organizations need to structure themselves internally, integrate hybrid working, deploy personnel differently, etc. If you don't do this, sooner or later you'll go over the top. During this master class you learn to draw up an integral change plan that pays attention to both the structure and the change process.
