The following modules can be taken separately: Real Estate Markets and Location, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Calculation and Valuation.

Next to that, we organize disruptive sessions throughout the year. These sessions will be held at our campus, are a part of the MRE program and are also open to anyone who would like to update their knowledge about current Real Estate topics. After attending this program you are able to:

• Assess and execute the value of real estate objects and projects
  
• Effectively manage the impact of legal aspects on the return of a real estate project;
• Use the psychological (including leadership), philosophical and human-scientific insights with regard to real estate in order to arrive at more socially supported decisions;
• Understand the different financing methods and apply them directly in daily real estate practice;
• Interpret and provide solutions for specific financial-economic challenges in real estate;
• Assess and evaluate the points of view and the interests of all stakeholders in a real estate project;
• Execute attainability studies, estimations, risk-reward analyses and wallet optimizations, and implement them in Excel;
• Contribute to your organization’s strategy determination, efficiency and profitability.
