Change
Organizational Development and Change Management Fundamentals
This course breaks down the basics of Organizational Development (OD) and Change Management. Think organizations are simple? Think again. There’s a lot going on behind the scenes that you won’t see on an org chart – things like networking, team vibes, commitment, and culture.
When things like reorganizations, digital shifts, or global expansions happen, change can get pretty intense. If you’re leading change, you need to know exactly what’s changing and how you’re going to make it happen. Some of the big questions are: What’s the goal? Who needs to be in the loop? Are we going slow and steady or making big moves? Are we sticking to a plan or keeping it flexible? What do we need to avoid? And how do we handle pushback?
This course gives you the tools, frameworks, and insights to lead change successfully, plus real-world case studies from pros and researchers.
Organizational Development and Change Management Practices
After exploring the Fundamentals of OD and Change, this course will complete the journey. What development problems are occurring in the organization? What OD interventions can help the organization improve its performance and effectiveness? How do you evaluate the results? With the answers to those questions, you will build your professional profile into an Organizational Development expert.
Consulting bootcamp
Immerse yourself for one week in a typical consulting project and put theory into practice. Whether your ambition is to become a consultant, or enter the corporate environment, consulting skills,
from problem finding and solving to influencing and
structuring your solutions will prove very valuable in
your professional journey.
People
HR and People Fundamentals
In this course, you get three for the price of one: you will learn to make the connection between the organization, the individuals moving within it and sustainability as a goal. With the central question "How can organizations coach their employees to contribute sustainably to strategic goals and their own development?" you will build the foundation to excel in the continuing curriculum.
Talent Management
From applying for your organization to leaving it, your employees go through an entire journey within your organization. To make that adventure as positive as possible for everyone involved, this course provides you with in-depth insight into the employee lifecycle. With the common thread of recruitment & selection, career & development, and performance & reward, you will discover everything about attracting, developing and retaining talent.
International HR
All our masters are viewed through an international lens, but those with a penchant for HRM will benefit all the more, because the human side of companies is precisely what makes that multicultural environment so special. In this course, you will face real-life cross-cultural challenges that you may also encounter on your career path and learn to navigate them with proven methods.
Labor Relation Management
Labor relations is one of the most important concepts in HR, but it involves a lot more than the communication between employers and employees. A labor relationship is also a power dynamic that plays out within the organization, industry and even society. We will work through employee differences, trust, commitment, partnership, strikes and conflict until you effortlessly take the debate one step further with academic concepts and innovations of your own.
Master Project
Ready for the real thing? In the Master project you can get a taste of the work field for 8 weeks. During this track, you can pin the title 'junior consultant' on your chest and use your new knowledge to tackle a real HR business case for the first time. Which start-up, SME or multinational will benefit from your insights and advice?
