The Business School of James Madison University (JMU) recently partnered with Antwerp Management School to offer JMU students a graduate degree through AMS’ one-year masters programs. JMU has established close relations with the University of Antwerp over 12 years as study abroad partners. The business schools of the two universities have been exploring opportunities.

Bethany Blackburn - Alumna Master of Global Management 2014-2015 - International Management Graduate at TUI - My 10 months at Antwerp Management School might have given me many sleepless nights of long reading and case studies, team projects and problem-solving, but it also gave me my dream career, some incredible friendships, and belief in myself that I can actually do anything I put my mind to if I have the right resources. Granted, the cultural vibrancy of Antwerp and the nearby regions helped the process along quite nicely, but I definitely left a piece of my heart on Sint-Jacobsmarkt.

David Nagar - Alumnus Master of Global Management 2014-2015 - Business Analyst at A.S. Watson - I chose for AMS because of their personal approach to education. An approach that helped me outline my future and provided me with the building blocks to make it a promising one. Ultimately, during this year I found a professional outlet for my strengths and personality. It is exactly this approach that equipped me to venture into an international career.

Joe Romanos - Alumnus Master of Global Management 2014-2015 - Project Management Intern at Europe Unlimited - This has been one of the best years of my life. What was really special about AMS is the school's focus on the personal development of its students and on how being constantly in touch with individuals from all over the world is the best learning opportunity one can dream of. Thanks to the various - sometimes (in)tense, group projects, the class retreat in the Netherlands, all the events we organized, and the many leadership and career development track assignments and activities, I learned during the past months how to become a better person as much as I learned how to succeed as a management professional.

Marie Dobbels – Alumna Master of Global Management 2013-2014 – Belgium - Personally, the Master of Global Management was the best year of my student life. I look back at this past year with a lot of nostalgia. I discovered myself; who I am and what I am capable of. By bringing me in contact with interesting companies and building a professional network, Antwerp Management School got me the job that I was looking for!
